My Chef Dave is our Smokealicious Personal Chef Service.

What BBQ everyday you say? Nope.

Remember Chef Dave was classically trained at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City, runs a catering company, teaches cooking classes and has worked in the food industry in New York, LA and now in San Diego.

As a personal chef he likes to combine his love of food, cooking and serving people into hard cold cash in his pocket - hey why not, you get some great meals, he gets to cook and make some extra money to support his vice (BBQ Competitions). 

How does it work

Once a week,Chef Dave will prepare a real pleasing variety of 4-5 healthy meals for you and your family. He will do it all

  • Plan the menu
  • Do the shopping
  • Cook the food
  • Package it for you
  • Clean up the Mess

ALL YOU DO IS COME HOME, HEAT IT AND EAT IT

Your meals will also include a bit of food lore, history and info. For instance did you know:

  • San Diego is the #1 producer of avocados in the nation
  • Wars were once fought over Salt
  • Fantasy Football actually was named after a restaurant

Only the best and freshest ingredients are used. Meals will be packaged and labeled, with re-heating instructions.  Some meals will be frozen and some kept cold in your refrigerator
