If your looking for a caterer to serve you burgers and dogs...keep looking..its not that we don't like burgers and dogs...its just that honestly there is no reason we should take your good money from you for something you can easily do yourself. Here is how...buy a big package of frozen beef patties (or more depending on your need), defrost them a day before the event. Cook them an hour or two before the event, place them into a aluminum pan, pour beef stock over them and then chill to below 40 degrees. Same for the dogs, but use chicken stock. Add bags of chips, can cokes, paper goods, a few picnic packs of condiments and you got it. Just make sure you heat the meat up really good before you serve it so no one gets sick and you got it...see easy and you didn't have to pay a caterer. Want something more dramatic...rent a large grill from a party rental place..you know the one...a few bags of charcoal and presto you got your first catering gig....
