First time I cooked this my wife almost killed me it was so good. Oak grilled garlic and black pepper crusted tri tip, spicy pinto beans, a green salad with italian dressing and garlic bread to sop it all up. Man I think I will go make me some right now...just gotta find an oak tree somewhere.
