This class pairs the award winning BBQ of local Pitmaster Dave Vindiola from Smokealicious BBQ with the acclaimed award winning beers of San Diego’s own Peter Zein of AleSmith Brewing Company. In this class you will learn how to prepare championship level BBQ'd ribs, enhance your own recipes and select beers to complement the food. Chef Dave will share information on the selection, preparation, Q'ing and pitmaster secrets for fall off the bone tender ribs. While, Peter Zein, head brewmaster and owner of AleSmith will engage you with his beer crafting expertise and the exceptional flavor of his beers chosen to complement the menu.
