Serves 4

1 Lb Grass Fed Beef Short Ribs (Sliced thin, Korean Beef Rib Style)
1 T Organic Olive Oil
2 tsp Kosher Salt
2 tsp Garlic Salt
1 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Note: reduce the amount of salt to your liking.

Remove the beef from your refrigerator and allow it to come to room temperature. Meanwhile, mix the salt, garlic salt and ground pepper together in a small bowl, set aside.
When you are ready to cook, preheat your BBQ to medium. Then lightly coat the beef with olive oil and season with the spice mix. Place the meat directly on the grill surface and cook to your desired doneness. Remove from the grill, cover and allow to rest for 2 to 3 minutes. Serve and Enjoy.
