Serves 4
1 Head Romaine Lettuce (Organic tastes even better)
1 tsp organic olive oil
1 T crumbled blue cheese or feta cheese
Salt
Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Preheat your BBQ to medium. Wash the romaine lettuce, then quarter length-wise, removing any leaves you would prefer not to eat. Drizzle olive oil over the cut side, then season with salt and pepper. Place directly on the grill, cut side down and grill for about 3 to 5 minutes, until brown or desired doneness is reached.
Place on your plate, cut side up, sprinkle with the crumbled cheese. Enjoy
