For our special surf side BBQ we bring our open pit grill - The Brault-B-Que A custom made 6 foot long stainless steel grill that we thrown down onto a fire in the sand and start cooking. Its a culinary art cooking piece of art. Concieved by our Chef, designed by our own Dave B and crafted by a true local San Diego artist (www.solpacheart.com) it cooks over a fire of natural woods to make that perfect meal that is only enhanced by the surf side locations.
