Well yesterday after I finished the class I got home, unloaded the van (somewhat) and then threw down some more ribs to share with the guys next door (who live downwind of my smoker), a friend who is helping me schedule some cooking classes at for his clients and a few pharmacists at me wife's work who want some of that great Smokealicious BBQ at their next party! So on went some baby backs, spare ribs and beef ribs with what was left of The Rub Co Original blend. In went some applewood and 5 hours later I was basting them with some of my competition sauce and calling it done. Next morning I ran into one lucky Smokealicious fan at my coffee stop, who said the ribs were incredible and Erin tells me the pharmacy folks all loved the ribs and one of them took a rib (yes just 1 rib) home to her husband. When I asked Erin why "only one", she told me because that lady's husband was cooking ribs for dinner (and I was able to guess the rest)
