Hi all

Even in the damp cold of winter I'm still thinking about BBQ and working on my menus for the two new classes I will be teaching at the cooking school in Pacific Beach. One is all about Brisket and Pork (plus a few great side dishes and tri-tip too) its on a Sunday afternoon and a perfect holiday gift for the cook on your gift list. There other is a sure hit for everyone and will be featuring BBQ Ribs and AleSmith Beer its on a Monday night (perfect for that no-fuss dinner).
