Grass Fed Tri Tip

I found some grass fed tri tip at Henry's the other day. Going to have to make sure I use that at the Dreamwellness class. Hit it with some Rub Co. Santa Maria rub, a little hickory and oak, then slice and enjoy. Wow, I'm making myself hungry and I haven't even finished my morning coffee.

This stuff was only $4.99 a pound. You can order it online from other places too, cost you more and you have to pay shipping. But, it is an option if you can't find it at your local butcher
