Seafood Stuffed Grilled Pork Chops with Wilted Lettuce and THE RUB CO LEMON HERB garlic white wine sauce

Ok, I'll have to get the recipe written up for this, But lets just say the classic combo of rosemary and lemon from the spice rub went very well with the crusted pork chops stuffed with crab and shrimp.
